Your conference registration and your choice to receive future news are separate.

Registration is not yet open. The full registration privacy notice will be available before the application form opens.

Conference registration

The planned form will ask for first name, last name, email, phone or WhatsApp, organization, occupation or role, creative sector, and country of residence, alongside confirmation that you are 18 or older.

The registration workflow is being prepared for GCF review, admission decisions, waitlisting, ticket delivery, cancellation, and event check-in.

Optional updates

You will be able to choose whether to receive future communications using a separate checkbox:

“Keep me informed about CreActivo and Aruba’s Cultural and Creative Industries.”

This choice will be optional and unticked by default. Declining future updates will not affect your conference application.

Before the form opens

The full notice will explain how registration information is handled, which services support it, how long it is kept, and how to contact GCF about your information.
