November 24 is intended to mark more than a conference. It is the beginning of new infrastructure for Aruba’s creative sector.
Two entities are scheduled to be formally established during the conference. Their establishment is still ahead; this is the vision for what they will become.

Registration opens soon. The deadline is November 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM, Aruba time. We have 350 general places and 50 reserved places for speakers, partners and finalist participants.

One registration per person, ages 18+. Complete, verified registrations enter the general queue in order. - GCF reviews your registration.
Eligible registrations are approved in batches. Approval reserves a provisional place; it is not an entry ticket. - Confirm that you will attend.
Final confirmation begins November 17. Confirm by November 20 at 11:59 PM, Aruba time, unless your offer gives a different deadline. - Receive your personal QR ticket.
Your QR appears only after final confirmation. It will be available on screen, by email and through secure ticket retrieval.
Can’t attend? Cancel to release your place. Your old ticket becomes invalid. If capacity is full, join the waitlist; seat offers normally allow 24 hours to respond, with the exact deadline shown.
Arrival and check-in
Check-in opens at 8:00 AM. The program runs 9:00 AM–4:00 PM at Renaissance Convention Center Aruba. Please arrive before 9:15 AM: unclaimed places may then be reassigned by the team.

When and where is CreActivo 2026?
Tuesday, November 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Renaissance Convention Center Aruba. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM. All times are Aruba time.
Is admission free, and how many places are available?
Yes. There are 350 general places and 50 reserved places for speakers, partners and finalist participants. Registration, GCF approval and final attendance confirmation are required.
Who can register?
Attendees must be 18 or older. Each person needs their own registration and personal ticket. International guests are welcome.
How are general places allocated?
Complete, email-verified registrations enter the queue in order. GCF reviews eligible registrations in batches, with individual review when something needs attention. A provisional approval holds a place while you complete the required final confirmation.
When do I receive my entry QR code?
Only after you complete final attendance confirmation. Confirmation requests begin November 17. The standard deadline is November 20 at 11:59 PM, Aruba time; a later offer will state its own deadline. Without final confirmation, you do not have a confirmed entry ticket.
What if I cannot find my QR email?
After final confirmation, your ticket will be available on screen and through secure ticket retrieval as well as email. On arrival, the assistance desk can help verify your confirmed registration. A missing email does not itself cancel a confirmed place.
What happens if I cannot attend?
Please cancel so your place can be offered to someone else. A cancelled QR ticket will no longer admit anyone. If you miss your confirmation deadline, your place can be released; you may request to rejoin the end of the waitlist.
How does the waitlist work?
When general capacity is full, eligible registrations join the waitlist in order. Offers normally allow 24 hours to respond and show the exact deadline. Very late offers may require direct coordination with the team.
What time should I arrive?
Check-in opens at 8:00 AM and the program begins at 9:00 AM. Please arrive before the 9:15 AM cutoff. The team may then release unclaimed places, prioritizing existing waitlisted guests who are present. Late arrival or joining the walk-in queue does not guarantee a seat.
Do I need to upload an identity document?
No ID copy or ID number is requested in the planned registration process. You will verify your email and confirm that you are at least 18.
What is the registration deadline?
November 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM, Aruba time. Registration is not yet open.
Which languages will be used?
Papiamento and English.
How do I apply for Creative Showdown?
Applications are not yet open. Final eligibility rules, judging details and dates will be announced separately. Conference registration does not automatically enter you in Creative Showdown.
Are a profile photo, networking and marketing subscription required?
No. A profile photo, networking participation and marketing subscription are optional. Marketing consent will be a separate checkbox, unticked by default. Your choices will not affect eligibility for a conference place.
